Kooky, the new boutique BTR brand, has announced the launch of its Whetstone apartments; 39 two-bedroom homes within Taylor Wimpey’s Oakleigh Grove development in South Barnet, London.

The new trio forms Kooky’s customer centric team, which will be dedicated to ensuring the consumer journey with Kooky is second to none when renting a home.

Kooky, the new boutique BTR brand, has acquired two more apartment blocks as the company continues to assemble a portfolio of properties in key locations surrounding London. Comprising 66 units in total, the two buildings form part of Bellway’s Goodsyard development in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire.

Delivered by national housebuilder, Taylor Wimpey, Kooky has acquired 30 units within Millbrook Park, in the wider redevelopment of the former Army Barracks in Mill Hill, and a block of 39 apartments within Oakleigh Grove, Whetstone.
