Victoria Place in Woking is to welcome Danish homeware retailer, Søstrene Grene, later this year, as part of its rapid expansion across the UK. Occupying a prominent position on Henry Plaza between M&S and Moss Bros., the brand is opening a 4,673 sq ft store, its first-ever in Surrey.

Victoria Place, Woking, is set to welcome Black Sheep Coffee this year. The independent specialist coffee chain will open its 1,722 sq ft space as part of the brand’s expansion across the UK.

Woking’s Victoria Place is set to welcome Lark London, an independent lifestyle boutique, in a move that marks the brand’s first store outside the capital.  The multi award-winning retailer will open at 7 Commercial Way in a 1,558 sq ft space, showcasing its eclectic selection of lifestyle and homeware products from over 300 brands.

The Gym Group has recently made its debut in Woking’s Victoria Place, the regenerated town centre development that opened in March this year. The leading national gym chain has taken a 11,500 sq ft space in Bandstand Mall, part of The Peacocks Centre.

Victoria Place has today announced the opening of Komo, an exclusive cocktail bar. The 4,754 sq ft unit is located at 21-25 Commercial Way and is the second site for the operator.

The popular healthy fast-food restaurant, itsu, has opened in Victoria Place Woking, the recently launched destination co-owned by Woking Borough Council and Moyallen Group. The brand is delivering its signature sushi, rice and noodle bowls, gyoza, ‘bao’buns’, soups, Asian salads and snacks from its new 3,300 sq ft location at 1 Mercia Walk.

Victoria Square Woking Limited, a joint venture between Moyallen Group and Woking Borough Council, has announced the significant advancement of Victoria Place, the £700m regeneration scheme in Woking town centre, with a range of new milestones reached across the development.

Woking Shopping, which compromises the Peacocks Centre and Wolsey Place, has announced the signing of four new F&B operators totalling over 15,500 sq ft. Three independent local operators have taken space – Island House, Black & Irons Bar & Grill and Duke’s Bar & Deli – complementing Gordon Ramsay’s Street Burger, which has opened its first restaurant outside London in Woking.
