Merry Hill has announced that renowned restaurant brand Lounges, managed by award winning hospitality business Loungers, is set to join the destination in January 2025 with the opening of Toledo Lounge.

Festival Place in Basingstoke has announced a flurry of F&B activity, as Boswells, the family-run café operator, and Heavenly Desserts, the leading desserts outlet, commit to launching at the centre later this year. Sovereign Centros from CBRE, Festival Place’s Asset Manager, has, in addition to the two new signings, secured investment from Pan-Asian-inspired restaurant chain wagamama, which is set to expand its footprint significantly at the centre.

Festival Place has announced the signing of Superbowl UK, the family-friendly entertainment centre, creating a landmark leisure anchor for Basingstoke. The 16,750 sq ft unit will launch in summer 2025, and will be joined by Hans Buffet, which has signed to open a buffet concept next door.
